Step one:
Once you have selected the item you want to purchase, type in the number of items in the box above “Buy Now” icon. You can also place your product into your “Cart Content” clicking on the “Add to Cart” icon in the product description.
For products with different shades, type in the number that you wish to purchase in the quantity box, then select the colour you like for your product or for each products, if you choose a Kit.
Step two:
When you've completed shopping and selected all your item(s), click the "Checkout" button, which is found on each page, at the bottom right corner.
Please note that you may change the contents or edit the quantities of items in your shopping bag until you click “Submit Order” by clicking on “Cart Contents” at the bottom right hand corner of each page, you may be able to display the quantities of the items you have placed in your Cart and the total cost of your purchase. You may also remove or make changes to your purchase.
Then, simply follow the instructions to the checkout and complete your order.
Step three:
To search for an existing consultant within Australia, please enter a few letters from the consultants name to retrieve a list of the consultants that match the search query.
To select a new consultant near your area, please enter a four digit Australian post code in the corresponding field.
To proceed to the checkout without a personal Consultant, please press Continue.
After clicking “Submit Order” your order will be processed.
After your order has been submitted, you will receive an email confirmation promptly following each order. If your email confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after you have placed your order, please contact us at 1800 626 848 (FREECALL within Australia) or +61 7 4779 1577 (international) for assistance.
If you have any questions or concerns when placing an order or if you wish to inquire about a previously placed order, please call the number above Please have your order number available.
Removing items from your bag:
If you wish to remove an item in your Shopping Bag, simply go to "Cart Contents" and select the "Remove" link near the product name. The item will be removed from your shopping bag after clicking on the “Update” button.

Temporarily out of stock items:
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, please contact us at 1800 626 848 and we will be happy to assist you.
Prices:
All prices indicated for products available via the Website are inclusive of GST (where applicable) at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery charges.
The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus GST, and delivery charges as set out in the Delivery section of the Website. Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the Payment Options section above, and payment will be debited and cleared from your account as set out in the Payment section of this Website.

Important information:
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
Sales tax:

Delivery/freight:
Delivery options (orders placed Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays)
Delivery charges are per order.
An order can be delivered to one address only. If you require orders to be sent to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address.
Orders, will be usually dispatched the next business day. Orders are processed for delivery on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, the freight company will leave a card with details of where to collect your parcel. We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.
Whilst we will use our reasonable endeavors to fulfill delivery of your order within such time period we cannot accept any liability for late deliveries which are due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
Please note that all orders dispatched internationally, will be shipped via Australia Airmail and will not be covered by insurance. If you would like to insure your parcel and be able to track your delivery, please put that in the comment section of your order.
Delivery date and costs:
The actual delivery date and costs of your order depends on the shipping method you select.
Product returns:
Larissa Bright Australia Online Returns Policy & Procedure.
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days from delivery, provided that you tell us within 7 working days after the day on which you received the products that you intend to return the item. Please notify us immediately by calling our Customer Service on: 1800 626 848 (within Australia) or +61 7 4779 1577 (internationally).
If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete, or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. We strongly recommend that the parcel be sent by a recorded delivery service, (one that requires a signature upon receipt). We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge) within thirty (30) days of receiving your notification that you would like to return the products provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition at our distribution centre within 14 working days of delivery.
If you are returning the goods owing to defects, incomplete or incorrect delivery we will refund you the price you paid for your goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge) and the recorded delivery costs for the return carriage from the original delivery point to our Distribution centre (provided that you enclose a valid till receipt indicating such costs).
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
If you cancel your order but do not return such goods to us within 14 working days, we shall be entitled to collect such goods from you and to charge you for the direct costs of collecting the goods. You should note these charges (which may be deducted from a refund) are likely to exceed the costs of you returning the goods. Until such goods are returned to us, you are obliged to exercise all reasonable care to store the cancelled goods safely and in appropriate conditions.
Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online; we are unable to process returns for purchases made within a partnered retail location.
Returns for purchases made online will not be accepted for return or exchange by an LBA Consultant unless it was purchased via an LBA Consultant within Australia.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
The returns process:
Step one:
Notifying Us of Your Intention to Return or Cancel Your Order.
Notification of your intention to cancel your order and return any goods within the period of 7 working days after the day of delivery can be done by either calling Customer Service on 1800 626 848 (FREECALL within Australia) or +61 7 4779 1577 (internationally) or by emailing us at info@larissabright.com.au with your order details. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.
Step two:
Completing the Necessary Documentation
On notification of your intention to return, Customer Service will take note of your customer order number and the description of the goods, which are being returned, this information can be found on your despatch note. Customer Service will then issue you with the required documentation.
Step three:
Returning the Product
Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed, and that you have included within the returned parcel the original despatch note and a copy of your e-mail confirmation. We strongly recommend that the parcel be sent by a recorded delivery service, (one that requires a signature upon receipt).
You should retain the recorded delivery receipt in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
Step four:
Processing the Refund
If you have chosen a refund, we will process the calculated refund within thirty (30) days of receiving your notification that you would like to return the products provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition at our distribution centre within 14 working days from delivery. You will receive e-mail notification of your refund from Larissa Bright Australia online. If you have requested an exchange or replacement, this will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your returned goods and will be delivered via standard delivery.
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online. If you purchased your item from a Consultant, please return the products directly to your Consultant. Returns for purchases made online will not be accepted for return or exchange by an LBA Consultant.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Larissa Bright Australia Online purchase, simply return the unused portion and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of the purchase.
